I’ve been exploring my digital archives, driving to the studio (takes me about 1 hour to get there), and have been inside an ongoing process of transforming many of them into a booklet or a zine. I print them myself, fold them myself, bind them myself. It’s been another catharsis. They are releases. And I think to myself, “I can’t believe I keep all of this trapped on a digital cloud.” I’ve been a hoarder of unfinished projects.
So to browse through each folder and file, I’m re-acquainted with previous visions and curiosities. I feel thankful towards my past selves for going out there and giving it a shot. My archives are abundant.
So for now, designing and crafting publications have drawn me into the studio, and there’s something electrifying about it.
In the near future, I’ll be selling these publications.
