there is discomfort with spaciousness. a challenge with stillness that asks us to force over flowing with time. there is a permission lingering in the ways we meet our discomforts and build strength in the resilience to allow permission to be messy and raw as we explore moment to moment. presence. breath by breath. witnessing, feeling, letting in, and letting go..
i keep anticipating doing better, but it keeps unfolding that there is no better to achieve. the mark i’m making is not perfection, but variation. doing differently. there is beauty and pain in this.
when we cling to the visions of the future we miss the opportunities existing right in front of us. we dilute our invitation to feel deeply. to experience. to expand.
we all too often seek, center or demand commonalities for connection. force familiarities to keep us in the comforts of control. but if we allow spaciousness, we unveil everything we need to know. every connection holds truth + harm. hope + visibility of what is not possible. invitations to grow + expand. shed + fall apart.
although we feel our hearts longing for something we have experienced, or something we desire that we may never know. what is the truth existing in this present moment? in our ability, will, and effort. in releasing it all breath to breath. what exists in the spaciousness of this exact moment. in the feeling of this exact moment. in the power and productivity of releasing all fears, failures, possibilities, or pressures and simply allowing time to tuck and become a witness and experience in this exact moment right here. in this exact breath.
